Activities
The project involves older people in sporting activities throughout the Borough of Knowsley. Each week training sessions take place in each of four centres. . During the year we have minifestivals where the groups compete and the annual whole day Olympic event where medals are awarded and a shield is presented to the winning team.
Objects: To Promote The Health And Well-Being Of The Older Community Within The Borough Of Knowsley And Neighbourhood, Through Social, Physical And Mental Activity And By Bringing Local Communities Together.
