**Objects:** TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS AND PROMOTE THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF STROKE SURVIVORS, THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS IN THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT DISTRICTS OF LICHFIELD, CANNOCK CHASE, TAMWORTH, WALSALL AND SURROUNDING AREAS BY THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT, ADVICE, RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATIONS WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.

**Activities:** The Group was formed to help support Stroke Survivors Carers and their families.We meet up every couple of months to chat and to share our experiences.And to offer help and support where ever we can
