**Objects:** TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS AND PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF CHILDREN SUFFERING FROM TERMINAL AND LIFE THREATENING ILLNESSES AND THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS THROUGHOUT THE UK AND THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND, BY THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT, FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, ACTIVITIES AND SUCH OTHER MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES DEEM APPROPRIATE FROM TIME TO TIME, IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF THE SAID BENEFICIARIES.

**Activities:** To support emotionally and financially where appropriate the lives of children suffering from terminal and life threatening illnesses throughout the UK and the Republic of Ireland, and to advise and assist families with children suffering from terminal or life threatening illnesses.
