**Objects:** TO SUPPORT FAMILIES AND CARERS OF PEOPLE WHO HAVE DEMENTIA WITHIN ST. HELENS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION, ADVICE, GUIDANCE AND SERVICES.TO PROMOTE THE HEALTH, WELL BEING AND INDEPENDENCE OF PEOPLE WHO HAVE DEMENTIA WITHIN ST. HELENS.TO PROMOTE TRAINING AND EDUCATION OF THOSE WHO WORK IN THE DIRECT CARE OF PEOPLE WHO HAVE DEMENTIA WITHIN ST. HELENS.

**Activities:** Our overall aim is to support people living with dementia and their carers in St. Helens.  We have a monthly Carers' Support group for both Carers and person with dementia.  Monthly  Drop in Sessions offering information, advice and signposting to appropriate services. Training i.e.dementia awareness training to local Care homes.  Facilitated Sonas aPc (activating potential for communication).
