**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SCHOLARSHIPS, ASSISTED PLACES, BURSARIES, GRANTS AND SUCH OTHER FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT TO STUDY AT THE SCHOOL INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TOWARDS THE COSTS OF ATTENDING THE SCHOOL, PARTICIPATING IN EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES AND TRAVEL ARRANGED BY THE SCHOOL; ANDTO ADVANCE, PROMOTE OR CARRY OUT SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT.

**Activities:** Currently the charity is raising funds prior to commencing its charitable activity in 2014. It will then aim to advance public education through the provision of scholarships, assisted places, bursaries, grants & other financial assistance the Trustees see fit to study at the School. This is including, but not limited to, financial assistance towards the cost of attendance, activities & transport.
