**Objects:** NEW START CAT RESCUE'S OBJECT IS TO PROMOTE HUMANE BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS ANIMALS BY PROVIDING APPROPRIATE CARE, PROTECTION, TREATMENT AND SECURITY FOR CATS WHICH ARE IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION BY REASON OF SICKNESS, MALTREATMENT, ABANDONMENT, ILL USAGE OR  BEING UNWANTED AND TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN MATTERS  PERTAINNG TO ANIMAL WELFARE IN GENERAL AND THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY AND SUFFERING AMONG ANIMALS.

**Activities:** NSCR's main objective is to promote humane behaviour towards all animals by providing appropriate care, protection, treatment and security, demonstrated by providing sanctuary for cats in need of care and attention through sickness, maltreatment, ill-usage or abandonment. As of 01/10/2021 we changed structure to CIO under our new charity number 1191606.  Please refer to this for updated info.
