**Activities:** Delivery of Peep Learning Together programme to parents/carers and children under 5 via groups, visits, drop ins and nursery/preschool provision in Oxford; practitioner mentoring and training nationally; development of learning resources and training materials. Accreditation of parents' learning via Scottish Qualifications Authority. Promotion of the Peep Learning Together programme in Scotland.
