Activities

The charity raises funds for two distinct groups of beneficiaries through a variety of local fund raising activities. The first is for Military Charities in Cumbria. The second group is Cumbrian children aged 5 - 25 to fund extra curricular activities of a cultural or sporting nature. 40% goes to the military charities. 60% to the children through local schools and youth groups

Objects: To Advance In Life And Educate For The Public Benefit Of Those Under 25 Years Of Age Who Live In Cumbria In Particular But Not Exclusively By The Provision Of Grants Specifically For Recreational, Adventurous, Or Cultural Activities Which Develop Their Skills And Increase Their Individual Or Collective Knowledge And Expertise To Sustain And Extend Their Personal Development To Participate In Society As Responsible Individuals. 2. To Relieve For Public Benefit Either Generally Or Individually Any Persons Who Are Serving Or Who Have Served In The Armed Forces Or The Dependents Of Such Persons Or Their Immediate Family, Who Are In Charitable Need, Either Through Direct Provision Or By Making Grants To Charities That Provide Such Assistance
