adopted the provisions of the Statement of Recommended Praciice {SORP) "Accounting and Reporting by Charities" in a¢¢ordance
with th¢ Financial Rewning Standard applicable in ihe UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS I O?) (effective l January ?015).
OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES
Objectives and policies
The charity provides grants to advance the education of the public. especiaily those living in North Wales and the North West ol.
England through the promotion of the arts.
The charity focuses on facilitating the purchase of works of art for public display and promoting the renovation, conservation and
maintenance of.works of art for the public benefit.

FIINDING
The Trust will eontinue to SUPPKTrrt projects in line with its objectives and policies.

As th¢ charity trustees of the Trust you are responsible for the preparatioft of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of ihe
Charities Act 2011 ('the Act,).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's a¢counts carried out under section 145 of the Act and in carrying out ny
examination I have followed all applicable Dir¢¢iion gyven by the Charity Commission under section 145(5llb} of the ACL

I have completed my examination. I confinn that no material matters have come lo my attention in connection with the examination
giving me cause to believe that in any material respect:

ACCOUNTING POLICIES
Basis of preparing the financial statements
The financi￿ statemenis of the charity, which is a public Etnefit entity under FRS 102, have been prepared in accordance
with the Charities SORP {FRS 1021 "Accounting and Rep)rting by Charities: Statemenr of Recommended Practi
applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordanr£ with The Financial Reponing Standard applicable in the UK
and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102) (effective l January 2015).. Financial Reporting Standard 102 'The Financial Reporting

prepared under the historical cost convention with the exception of investments whi¢h are included at market value. &s
