**Activities:** Good Companions is a charity which covers the Clifton, Wilford and Silverdale areas of Nottingham. Good Companions aims to reduce the isolation and loneliness experienced by the older residents in the area, by the provision of a Volunteer Visiting Scheme and weekly Friendship Groups.
