I report lo the Injslees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity for the year ended 3110312024.
Responsibilities and As the charity Iruslees you are responsible for the preparation of the
basls of report accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
{"Ihe Act").
I report in resped of my examination of the Charity's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carying out my examinalion, I
have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 14515llbl of the Act.
I have completed my examination. I confimi that no material matters have
come lo my attention in connection with the examination which gives me
cause to believe that in, any material respect..
