Basis of preparalion

Tumover
Tumover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, nel of
diseounls and value added taxès. Tuinover indudes revenue eafned from the sale of goods and
from the rendering of services. Tumover from the sale of goods is recognised when the
significant risks and rewards of ownership of Ihe goods have Iransferre(I lo the buyer. Tumover
from the rendering of services is recognised by rele￿nce lo the stage of completion of the
C4)nlracl. The stage of completion ol a contract is measured by comparing the costs incurred for
work perfomed lo dale to the lolal eslimaled contract costs.

impairment losses for bad and doubtful debts. Loans and other financial assels a￿ initially
