The Trustees would also like to expTess their gratitude to all the volunteers for their support and donations that are susiaintng the Charity. Objective: The main objective of the Tt is advancing the Christian Religion and Gospel as contained in our confession of faith. Governance and Management= Apostolic Faith Mission International Ministries (Manchester Central Assembly) is constituted by a Tst Deed adopted on 231101201 l as amended on 1510512012. It was registered as a charity on 1011112011. Trustees: The following individuals served as trustees during the year: Chidzika Mhunduru (Chairperson) Margret Mazad7 Simon Chiradza The trustees serve as voluntcets and details of any related paty transactions are disclosed as applicable in the notes to the accounts. Recrnitment and appointment of new trustees is executed in line with the trust deed taking into consideration the needs and demands of the organisation. The Trustees delegate daily operations of the Trust to an elected Church Board which oversees the Ladies Committee, Youth Committee and other sub-committees. Achieven]ents and Performance: The charity ceiVed £69,172 in donations during the year. Future Plans Organise rnore activities in line with our staternent of faith. Acquire a bigger building suitable for all in-house activities. Organise more activities for the youth and young children. Work together in partnership with other charities. knange more leadership training seminars. Reserve Policy Thc trustees revicwed the Icvel of rescrvcs of thc charity with the aim of building funds adequate to cover unexpected emergencies and provide working capital for at least six months. Currently the charity has £82,359 (eigbty-two thousand three hundred and frfty- nine pounds) in the reserve account managed separately from the maill account.

The law applicable to charities in England and Wales, the Charities Act 2011, and the provisions of the trust deed iequires the trustees to prepare financial statements for each financial year which give a te and fair view of the state of affairs of the charity and of the incoming resources and application of TesourcGs, including the income and expenditure, of the charity for that yw. tn preparing those financial statements, the trustees are requiied to - select suitable accountiug policies and tben apply them consistently; observe the rnethods and principles in the Charity SORP" - ne judgments and estimates that are reasonable and PTudenL - prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis unless it is inappropriate to presume that the ch&rity will continue in business. Thc trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records which disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the fmancial position of the charity and to enable them to ensure that the fitwic1 statements comply with the Charities Act 2011 and the provisions of the trust deed. They are also responsible for safeguaTding the assets of the charity and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other egUlar1ties. The tsustees are responsible for the maiDtenance and integrity of the corporate and financial information included on the Charity Con]mission website. Legislation in the United Kingdom governing the preparation and dissemination of finaDcial statements may differ from legislation in othcr jurisdictions. Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner The trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 144(2) of the Charities Act 2011 (the 201 l Act) and that an independent examination is needed. I am qualified to undertake the examination by being a qualified menther of ACCA. Having satisfied myself that the cbarity is not subject to audit uudeT Charity law and is eligible for indcpendent examinatio it is my rcsponsibility to: examine the accounts under section 145 of the 2011 ACL to follow the proccdures laid down in the general Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the 201 l Act" and to state whether particular nmtters have com¢ to my attention. Basis of independent examiner's report My exarnination was caled out in accordance with the general Directions given by the Charity Commission. An exatnination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual iten]s or disclosures in the accounts and seeking explanations from you as trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit and consequently no opinion is given as lo whether the accounts present a 'tDJe and fair view, and the report is limited to those matters set out in the ststement below.

Accoullting Policies Accounting Convention The fmancial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008), the charities Act 2011 and the Tquirements of the Statement of Recommended Practice, Accounting and Reporting by Charities. Donations Donations are included in the year in which they are receivable, which is when the charity becornes entitled to the resource. Resources expended All expenditure is accounted for on an aCcnl basis. Charitable expenditure includes all expenditure directty related to the objects of the charity in accordance with the SORP. The charity is not vat registered and expenditure is shown gross of iffecoverable vat. Tangible Fixed Assets Depreciation is provided at the following amiual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life.
