The GFCA is an independent charity operated by foster carers, for foster carers.Collaborating with Greenwich Fostering Service and foster carers working for the Royal Borough of Greenwich, we offer a robust service, comprising but not limited to tailored support and advocacy for foster carers and providing emotional and wellbeing support to foster carers and looked after children.
Objects: To Relieve The Needs Of Children In The Care Of Foster Families, Particularly But Not Exclusively In Greenwich, By:a) The Provision Of Facilities, Advice, Advocacy, Training And Such Other Services For Foster Families As The Trustees Shall Decide; Andb) Promoting The Improvement Of Quality Of Service Given To Children In Care By Representing The Needs And Views Of Foster Carers To The Local Authority.
