**Activities:** The preservation and protection of human life by the prevention of personal injury to, and death of, individuals on Fenland roads, through: a) education of road users in road safety and the hazards of waterway adjacent Fenland roads; b) campaigning on issues of road safety; c) the provision of road safety measures, including installation of safety barriers, along waterway adjacent Fenland roads.
