**Objects:** TO PROMOTE, PROVIDE FOR AND ENCOURAGE THE BENEFITS OF THE BANGLADESHI COMMUNITY IN HARTLEPOOL WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE, POLITICAL OR OTHER OPINIONS, BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID INHABITANTS, LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION, PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR CULTURAL, RECREATIONAL AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION AND PROMOTE GOOD RACE RELATIONS WITH THE WIDER COMMUNITY WITH THE OPJECTIVE OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.
