**Objects:** THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ("OBJECTS") ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING:(1) TO PROMOTE THE PROTECTION, CONSERVATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF EARTH HERITAGE SITES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN THE COUNTIES OF HEREFORDSHIRE AND WORCESTERSHIRE.(2) TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN EARTH HERITAGE.

**Activities:** The Trust's objects are to promote the protection, conservation and improvement of Earth heritage sites for the benefit of the public, in particular, but not exclusively, in the counties of Herefordshire and Worcestershire; and also to educate the public in Earth heritage.
