**Objects:** THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ARE THE REHABILITATION OF EX-OFFENDERS, THE RELIEF OF UNEMPLOYMENT AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING PRINCIPALLY FOR EX-OFFENDERS BUT ALSO OTHER SOCIALLY EXCLUDED OR MARGINALISED PEOPLE BY PROVIDING THEM WITH: - TOOLS AND MECHANISMS TO ASSIST THEM TO FIND EMPLOYMENT, - IDENTIFIABLE ROUTES INTO EMPLOYMENT, - WORK EXPERIENCE, - TRAINING, - MENTORING,AND - ADVICE AND GUIDANCE INCLUDING AS TO VICTIM EMPATHY AND THEIR WORKPLACE AND CITIZENSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES.

**Activities:** The main objectives are to focus on the training and employment of ex-offenders on their release from custody. We engage with our participants whilst they are still in prison, follow through in the community and provide training to give them the skills to help secure paid employment or to set up in self employment.
