LEGALAND ADMINISTRATIVE INFORMATION
The Trust W88 created by the will of the Eate Jame3 Hall vtho died in September 1962.
By the terms ofthe Trust Deed. ino)me a(￿￿Mukted for21 years until 1983. Upon the
death in August 1997 of James Hall's d8ughter. Miss Edith Winifra Hall, the
accumulatsd capital vms transferred to the James Alfred and Emma Clara Hall Fund.
The in(*)me is now available to fund the (*artiable objects of the Trust.

£101,568). This was in order to support the parish workers, to frJrKI Money Advice at
St. Andrew'$ (MASA) and variou5 repairs and replaCem￿ts to the thurch compl8

Jt is the polry of the trustees to invest the assets of tharity in Ihe CBF Churrh of
England Funds. The assets are spread across the de5X)si( the fixod interesl securtlies
the share*8sed investrnent and Ihe propety fuTrJs offered by the CBF Church of
England Funds. The￿ are specrfioalty des￿aned for suth holdings.
