Objects: 1) The Provision Of Support For The Educational Experience Of Young Persons, Who By Reason Of Their Social Or Economic Circumstances Are In Need Of Financial Assistance. 2) The Preservation Of Health And Relief Of Sickness Of Persons Who By Reason Of Their Social Or Economic Circumstances Are In Need Of Financial Assistance. 3) The Advancement, For The Benefit Of The Public, Of The Education Of Young Persons Who Are Pupils Or Students At Schools, Colleges And Universities In Any Part Of The British Isles By Ensuring That Due Attention Is Given To The Physical Education Of Such Pupils As Well As To The Development And Occupation Of Their Minds And With A View To Furthering That Object, To Provide Funds And To Assist In The Organisation And Provision Of Facilities Which Will Enable And Encourage Such Pupils Or Students To Participate In Recreation And Sport.4) Such Other Charitable Purposes As The Trustees Shall From Time To Time In Their Absolute Discretion Decide.
