**Objects:** TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WITH PHYSICAL AND LEARNING DISABILITIES LIVING IN STRATFORD-UPON-AVON AND THE SURROUNDING AREA AND THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF CARE AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES IN A SAFE AND SECURE ENVIRONMENT IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.

**Activities:** The Time Out Group is a club based in South Warwickshire whose aim is to provide specialist support to children with complex disabilities and their families, helping them to access typical family opportunities. The Group generally meets on alternate Saturdays to access community leisure activities with the support of a team of skilled and experienced workers
