**Objects:** (A) THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF SPORTS FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT TO ENABLE THE PEOPLE OF KIRIBATI TO PARTICIPATE IN AMATEUR SPORT IN KIRIBATI AND AT INTERNATIONAL EVENTS IN OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD, AND THEREBY TO ASSIST IN THEIR DEVELOPMENT; AND(B) TO ORGANIZE OR PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE ORGANIZATION AND PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN KIRIBATI IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION AND WITH THE PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF PERSONS IN KIRIBATI WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES.

**Activities:** The Charity established itself during the summer of 2011 and accepted donations from supporters who wished to provide financial assistance  to the athletes of Kiribati who were training for the Olympic Games to be held in London in 2012 . Further support was given in respect of the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow and the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio.
