numberod 1143991. The Irusl was eslabllshed by an initial gift from Henry Amar. Th8 Irust does not actively fundralse
and malntsins a careful slawardship of ils existing resources.
The trust deed provides for a minlmum of Ihre8 Iruslees. The power of appolnllng naw or additional trustees is

The charity has no full lime or part lime employees or volunteers ts) asslst In the running of the charity; the daily

Basis of preparlng the financial siatements
The financlal statements of the charity, which is a publlc benefil entlty under FRS 102, have been prepared in
accordanca with th8 Charities SORP {FRS 102) 'Ac(xJunling and Reporting by Chatslie5, Statomenl of
Recommended Practice applicabl8 to charilies preparing their accounts in accordance with the Flnancial
Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland {FRS 102) leffectsve 1 January 20191,,
