**Objects:** TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE HEALTH OF PEOPLE IN THE CLUN VALLEY AND SURROUNDING AREAS BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF AUTOMATED EXTERNAL DEFIBRILLATORS AND THE TRAINING OF VOLUNTEERS TO OPERATE THEM.

**Activities:** To raise funds  and to purchase Automated External Defibrillators for settlements with the Clun Valley and surrounding areas,to recruit and with the WMAS train volunteers in the safe use, to respond to emergency calls from the West Midlands Ambulance Services where Cardiac Arrest is suspected, there to offer emergency resuscitation to the patient until such a time WMAS staff are in attendance
