**Objects:** TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE AND THEIR FAMILIES, FRIENDS AND CARERS WITHIN SWANSEA AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS (THE AREA OF BENEFIT), SUFFERING FROM ALL TYPES OF DEMENTIA AND ITS EFFECTS BY THE PROVISION OF DAY CLUBS OFFERING EMOTIONAL AND PRACTICAL SUPPORT, ADVICE, INFORMATION AND SOCIAL INTERACTION AND TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF PEOPLE SUFFERING FROM ALL TYPES OF DEMENTIA AND THEIR FAMILIES, FRIENDS AND CARERS IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE

**Activities:** This years activities have included many trips, parties, playing pool card, games, Easter parade, Christmas Service attended by approx 170 people,  The activities vary in the various clubs as the people with dementia and their carers lead in the choice of what they wish to do. It must be their enjoyment and relaxation that is paramount.
