The PCC resolved to ttansfer £197.11(Kl of this to the General Fund to supw>rt the All Saints reptiffirs bill. The PCC bas deterIned that these mollies shou5d Dol be relied upon to meet the PiSh.5 day4(Hlay Cxpenditure but used for specific but &$ y¢t undeteTmin¢d projccts in their Tnemory. Thcse decisio will not made until the final position (rfthe tUndll of the All Saints rcpairs bas become clearer. Ther¢ is a balance of £219.455 in the ac¢ount. Restrirted Funds The restricted funds are set out in Note 16 to thc accounts. The Parish had net assets of £842,573 ai 31 December 2024 (2023.. £897.974). Some £40,000 of this was r¢quircd in January and Fcbrnary 2025 to scttle liabilities relating to the All Saints repair project and others. Looking ahead The PCC has estsblished a rcserves policy that seeks lo target a General Fund balance equal to three n)onths' Cxpect expenditu, which is £56,OW according to the 2025 Financial Plan. The balance of the Fund ai 31 D¢cetnber 2024 is on targct thanks to the transfer ftom the M¢morial Fund. io
Parish of .411 Saints with Holv Trinity, Wandsi*orth The financial plan for 2025 foresees a continuation of the Current level of diTecl giving and provides for expeDditur¢ levels. in the Genernl Fund £30,(K)O higher than ?024. of which £5.0 is due to cbildr¢n's WOTk needing be paid for out of the General Fund this year rather than a restrictcd fid brought fotward. We have also incr&ed the contingency for repaÉrs by £19.000. This budget predicts a small sutplvs otraIl. However, we are conscious that £36.[K of the incotne is pr(>vided by letting out Haldon Road, a prop¢rry that is intended to bouse ministy stsff in the future and we do not wani io be¢oÈne so dependent up)n its income that itprevenL5 us using it for its intended piirIN)se.
