**Objects:** THE TRUSTEES MUST APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN FURTHERING THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT: (I) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE WHO ARE SOCIALLY OR ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED YOUNG IN KENYA THROUGHTHE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO CLAY INTERNATIONAL SECONDARY SCHOOL IN NGOMANO; AND (II) TO SUPPORT SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN CONNECTION WITH EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AT THE CLAY INTERNATIONAL SECONDARY SCHOOL AS THE TRUSTEES DEEM FIT.

**Activities:** The trustees have directed the sums received from fund raising activities to the benefit of Project Education Incorporation Kenya, in Kenya. Project Education Incorporation Kenya is a partnership of people from the U.S., Kenya, the U.K. and abroad who have come together for the purpose of educating students at the Clay International Secondary School www.projecteducationkenya.org
