As the charity tnjsiees, you are responsible for preparing the ￿COUnts in accordan¢e with the requirements of
the Charities Act 2011 {'the Aei,).
I report in respect of my eXaMin￿l￿n of the charity's accounis carried out under section 145 of the Act, and in
canying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5Xb) of the Act.

I have completed my examination. I confirni that no material matters have come to my attention in connection
with the examination giving Tn¢ ¢au5e to believ¢ that in any material respect: l. ac¢ounting records were not
kept in respe¢t of ihe charity &8 r¢quired by section 130 of the A¢t' or 2. the accounts do not accord with those
records; or 3. the accounts do not ¢omply with the applicable requir¢ments concernlng the forni and content of
accounts set out in the Chariti¢s (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the
accounts give a'true and fatr view, which is not a matter consid¢red as part of an independent exaTnination.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention
should be drdwn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
