**Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year**

During the year, the charity expanded its activities and strengthened its contribution to the community. A high volume of weddings and private events generated essential income to support our work. Our guided tours and history walks continued to be well attended and received consistently positive feedback. Engagement from both visitors and volunteers increased notably, helping to build stronger community connections. Volunteer efforts resulted in clear improvements across the castle and grounds.

Overall, the charity received many favourable reviews, reflecting the strong quality of the visitor experience we delivered.
