**Objects:** THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ('OBJECTS') ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING:1.1 THE ADVANCEMENT OF HERITAGE BY THE PRESERVATION OF PENGERSICK CASTLE, PRAA SANDS, PENZANCE, CORNWALL ('THE CASTLE') AND ITS SURROUNDING GROUNDS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) CONTRIBUTING TO OR MEETING IN FULL THE COST OF PRESERVING, MAINTAINING AND ENHANCING THE CASTLE AND ITS ASSOCIATED BUILDINGS, ITS HISTORIC CONTENTS AND THE SURROUNDING GROUNDS, INCLUDING ANY FUTURE ACQUISITIONS UNDERTAKEN TO FACILITATE OR FURTHER THE OBJECTS; AND1.2 TO PROVIDE FOR THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC, INCLUDING CHILDREN VISITING THE CASTLE, IN THE HISTORIC HERITAGE OF THE CASTLE; IN PARTICULAR (BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION): -1.2.1 TO RESTORE FOR SUCH PURPOSES THE GARDENS WITHIN THE GROUNDS OF THE CASTLE; AND1.2.2 TO EXTEND THESE GROUNDS BY PURCHASING ADJOINING BUILDINGS AND/OR LAND FORMERLY PART OF THE CASTLE.

**Activities:** Advancement of heritage by preserving of Pengersick Castle for the public benefit, maintaining and enhancing The Castle its associated buildings, historic contents and surrounding grounds. Providing for the education of the public in the historic heritage of The Castle: restoring the gardens; and extending by purchasing adjoining buildings and/or land formerly part of The Castle.
