Appolntment of Trustees
There rnust be at least three Trustees. Apart from the
FirstTrustees, everyTrustee must be appointed for
terni of three years by a resolution of the Trustees
passed at a special meeting called under clause 15 of thi5
deed.
In selecting indriiduals for appointment as Trustees. the
Trustees must have regard to the Skills, knowledge and
experien￿ needed for the effectlve administration of
the Charity.

The Trustees must apply the income of the Charity in furthering the
