Th8 CRM Trustee board and Exewtiv8 Team M8mbgrs manage CRM Ltd as a business, holding a
position of trLSSt 8nd responsibility lor the benefit of CRM members and stakeholders. Directions
relating to the charitable ITUSI are made by the Trustees in consultslion with the Ex9cutive Team.

m8mbars and stakeholders, and their priv8t8 assets and equipment are regularfy used in the work of
the church. Much of this work is done privately, without recognition and the hours and value of that
lime ¢8nnol be quantified.

worship at our church. Wg have expanded our m88ting places to 8nable multipl8 Services in the
week. Two Services a Sunday morning. one on a Friday evening and muittpie iocatlons on Tuesaay
evenings.

we have multiple day time actNities induding new mums, toddlers and we encourage non-church
parents to bring their children along to the Bus for fun 8ctivities during the week.
Restore Youth
45 young people have been attending our actNities 8v8ry week.
Food Bank
2800 emergency food parcels and hot meals have been distributed to families through referrals by
othor chadli8s and agencies suth as Manchester City Council. Salvation Amiy, Social Servtces and
other local churchas.
Mlssion
CRM has a pgreentage of its budget d￿iCal8d lo mission. Our goal Is to bo able to rgach more people.
Church Buildlng
We ¢ontinue to maintain our church building at the addres5- 451 Victoria Av8nue, Blackley.
Manchester. M9 8PJ. This building will continue to act as the hub for the extended church.

Use of volunteers
30 Volunteers offetsd their time to 8UPPOrt and deliver our cornmunity projects. CRM is very invofved in
the communty and relies on voluntary help. Throughout the year, numerous volunteers donate their
spare lime to the charitsble company, and their contribirtion plays a major role in enn(*ing our work.

Reserves Polley & going concem
The purpose of the reserves policy is to smooth out any short-t8rm variations in fvjnding and
expenditure to ensure that the charity ran fijlfil its objectives without intwuplion. Under nomal
circum5tsn¢es the trustees consider tt appropfiale lo hold free reserves of be￿een one and three
months of typlcal"op8ratlng' expendlture.
For the financial year ending April 2025. th8 average monthly operating expendi￿re is budgeted lo be
£4400 per month. This then rgqulrès the tharity to maintain fre8 raserve8 of b$￿een £4400 and
£15,000.
The trustees havè reVIev￿ tho eircumstan¢a8 of th8 charity 8NJ cortsideT th* we need to fundraise for
more adequat8 resources lo be available to fund the activitiès of the Church for thè foreseeable fLrture.
