There are 3 Trustees having one of them as a chaimian. The trustees
have statutory powers as regards the acquisition or disposal of land and
the employment of agents, nominees and custodians.
The trustees may delegale any of their powers or functions to a committee

There must be at least 2 trustees. Apart from the first trustees, every
trustee must be appointed for a teryn of 5 years by a resolution of the
trustees passed at a special meeting called under clause 15 of the Trust

in the worfd by providing or assisting in the provision of education,
training, healthcare projects and all the necessary support
designed to enable individuals to generate a sustainable income
and be self suffi¢ient.

During the year under review. the charity made various donations to very
poor areas of Ghana to support the provrsion of clean water and
educational facilities.
For educational purposes, the ehartty provided books, printed h2ndoutg,
DVDS and face to fa￿ tKeaching and lecturing in communities around
Milton Keynes, London and Watford, in the UK. Some of the materials
were also sent to Ghana.

chaiity (Ihe Trust") for the year ended 3010912022.
Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation
