FINANCIAL REVIEW
Going concern:
Despite the ￿Urring deficits during the last t¥vo year5, the financial slatements have teen prepared on a
going concern, wh￿h the Trustees tElieve to be appropriate as the Charity will tE able to meet rts future
liabilities as they fall due for payments.
Funds in deficlt:
The Trustees are fulty aware of the decrease in ir￿orne as well as runnirvj defKits. This Is largely tEcause of
bng temi Impact of the COV]D and a loss of a numter of clients. The Trustees are worknng hard to remety
these Issues and have recentty taken on few dients. In addition, this year, after consultatkjns, the TNstees
took the deasion to increase the hourty rate charges. The trustees are confident these new measu￿5 will
help to È*)ost the Charity's revenue.
Furthermore, it was also agr￿ by the Board of Ttusts that the Offi￿ staff should redu￿ their wothng
hours, which would also ￿1p to redu￿ the CharFVs overall exFenditure. As such, the Offi￿ manager
reduced the working days from fve day5 a week down to four day5. The other two Offi￿ stsff have gone
from worknng 5 days a week down to 3 day5 a w*k.
In January 2025 the charity ts aLso emb3rkirMJ on a new project Ythich should eventual￿ increase the
revenue of the Charity and subwuenuy will have an impact on the profftabilty of the Charity.
CARE QUALfrY COMMISSION (CQC) INSPECTION REPORT:

the Charity 'Requlr& Improvemenv.
The new Management Team at the Ciwrity have work8J hard to matters up to the requir&J standards.
