THE PRESERVATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF HEALTH BY THE PROVISION OF CLEAN WATER SUPPLIES, CLINICS AND MEDICAL STAFF AND EQUIPMENT, AND HEALTH EDUCATION, PARTICULARLY WITH REFERENCE TO NUTRITION AND SEXUAL HEALTH:3. THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND NEED AMONGST PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT BY THE PROVISION OF FOODSTUFFS, CLOTHING AND LIKE NECESSITIES OF LIFE: SUCH ASSISTANCE TO INCLUDE CHILDREN IN LOCAL ORPHANAGES.
