**Objects:** A) TO PROMOTE THE PRESERVATION OF MENTAL HEALTH AND TO ASSIST IN RELIEVING AND REHABILITATING PERSONS SUFFERING FROM MENTAL DISORDER OR CONDITIONS OF EMOTIONAL OR MENTAL DISTRESS REQUIRING ADVICE OR TREATMENT; ANDB) TO PROMOTE THE STUDY OF AND RESEARCH INTO MENTAL HEALTH DISORDER AND EMOTIONAL OR MENTAL DISTRESS AND TO OBTAIN AND MAKE RECORDS OF AND DISSEMINATE TO THE PUBLIC THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH AND TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN MATTERS RELATING TO MENTAL HEALTH.

**Activities:** All our services are based around the Social Inclusion Model. We encourage people who have become socially isolated due to the effects of mental illness to play a more active part within their local community. Currently we provide a Volunteer Befriending Service, Social Groups in all area of the borough, social activites, and an allotment. We operate in the Borough of St Helens.
