Our objectives are to obtain reasonable assurance abciut whether the financial statements as a whole are free from
material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error, and to issue a Report of the Independent Auditors that includes our

design and perform audit prO￿dureS responsive to those risks, and obtain audit eviden￿ that is sufficient and
appropriate to provide a basis for our opinion. The risk of n(>t detecting a material misstatement resulting Irtsm fraud is

Condude on the appropriateness of the trustees, use of the going concern basis of accounting and, based on the
audit evidence obtained, whether a material uncertainty exists related to events or conditions that may cast significant
doubt on the charitable cornpany's ability to continue as a going concern. 11 we conclude that a rnaterial uncertainty
exists, we are required to dr3W attention in our Report of the Independent Auditors to the related disclosures in the
financial statements or, il such disclosures are inadequate, to modify our opinion. Our conclusions are based on the
audit eviden￿ obtained up to the dale ol our Report of the Independent Auditors. However, future events or
conditions may cause the Charitab￿ company's to ￿ase to continue as a going concem.
Evaluate the overall presentation, structure and content of the financial statements, including the disclosures, and
