To help & encourage mainly people over 50 to get active & fit (again) by providing exercise groups at various locations around London or referring via a website to exercise groups.
Objects: 1. The promotion of physical activity and the promotion and provision of physical exercise opportunities with the object of improving the health and wellbeing, in particular but not exclusively, for those over 45 and those whose health, ethnicity and socio-economic circumstances might mean they need more help and encouragement to take part in physical activity.2. Such charitable purposes for the public benefit as are exclusively charitable according to the laws of England and Wales as the directors may from time to time determine.
