||<br>The charity trustees are responsible for the general control and management of<br>the charity. The trustees give their time for free and receive no remuneration or<br>other financial benefits.<br>The trustees meet together as a body monthly and are responsible for decision<br>making in relation to the running of the centre and all activities provided by the<br>charity. There are sub committees who support the centre (Al-SUNNAH)<br>activities in order to create an effective centre control systems. These<br>committees oversee certain aspects of the charity work. For example, sub-<br>committees for finance, education and day to day management of the centre.<br>The sub-committees each meet five times a year, on different months to each<br>other|

The trustees have reviewed the reserves of the charity. Their policy is to hold enough funds to meet three month’s operating costs of the Centre. The trustees are considering raising funds to purchase the building and establish funeral services facilities. The trustees are also planning to increase education sessions. The financial forecasting for the purchasing of the building and extending education sessions is under process.
