**Objects:** THE OBJECTS ARE:3.1 THE RELIEF OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM CHRONIC GRANULOMATOUS DISORDER OR OTHER PRIMARY IMMUNE DEFICIENCIES OR RELATED ILLNESSES;3.2 THE ADVANCEMENT OF MEDICAL RESEARCH INTO THE CAUSES, CURE, PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF SUCH DISORDERS AND/OR ILLNESSES AND THE PUBLICATION OF THE USEFUL RESULTS OF THAT RESEARCH;3.3 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC ON THE SUBJECT OF SUCH DISORDERS AND/OR ILLNESSES; AND 3.4 SUCH OTHER PURPOSES AS ARE CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC.

**Activities:** FORMERLY KNOWN AS THE CGD RESEARCH TRUST, THE CHRONIC GRANULOMATOUS DISORDER SOCIETY IS SOLELY CONCERNED WITH THE WELLBEING OF THOSE AFFECTED BY CHRONIC GRANULOMATOUS DISORDER.  OUR MISSION IS TO BE THE LEADING GLOBAL SOURCE OF SUPPORT AND INFORMATION ON THIS RARE GENETIC DISORDER AND THEREBY CREATE A CHARITY THAT IS RESPECTED BY AFFECTED FAMILIES AND MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS THROUGHOUT THE WORLD.
