region of India, and In particutar ts pldthora of monuments. This is primarity achieved through three

cfily prove culturally ￿riching but benefit the Ic(al population in both the pre￿nt and future.

The following conservation projerts were ongoing during the year.,
Agreement signed for the provision of new transportauon and compostlng facillties at Bidar wasie
disposal fadllty. Thls completes the project after which It wlll be financially self- sustaining.
Fdlovlng a grant from the Amerfcan Ambass￿0￿S Fund and assistance a￿1 collabc*atlon wth other
interested parties, an agreement was Signed for the p￿erVation aTrJ restoration of the Jayalakshml
Vllas Manslon fJVM?, a bulldlng of slgnlficant architectural Importan￿ and formlng part of the
UnNersity of Mysore. Thls wlll indude restoration of its important colkctlon of artifacts, palntlngs
Sculptu￿ and textlles and Sts transformation Into an ethnojraphic museum a centre of
e￿llen￿ fcff tralnlng students in preseNaUon, restoration and museolcgy. This will be a slgnlflcant
multl-year project, made posslble by generous funding from the Harlsh and BSna Shah Foundation.

with the Chairman of the &)ard, Mr. Bkxh Saloz, and the other trustees as r4ulred.

The organisatlon is a charitsble company limited by guarantee, incorporated on 28th March 2011 and

Athcles of Association. In the event of the Company being W￿nd up, members are r8]uired to contrlbute an
