**Objects:** TO RELIEVE POVERTY, TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT GOOD HEALTH OF CHILDREN IN KENYA, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY TO PROVIDE SHELTER, EDUCATION AND SUPPORT TO HOMELESS CHILDREN AND TO EDUCATE CHILDREN WHOSE PARENTS / CARERS CAN NOT AFFORD TO PAY FOR THEM AS IDENTIFIED BY THE COPTIC ORTHODOX CHURCH.

**Activities:** The charity aims to assist in the alleviation of poverty in the communities in Africa it serves.  This is addressed through investing in the medium to long term development (such as the provision of funding for academic and vocational training) as well providing assistance to some more immediate needs (such as hunger and homelessness).
