A small surplus is budgeted for 2024. wth a large prowrtion of the income being mel by Gull Research Center. Jeddah. Accordingly. the finan￿￿ statements continue lo t£ prepared on the going concern basis. 1.4 FUND ACCOUNTING General funds are unrestllcted funds which are availaNe lor use al the discretion of the Trustees in ftjrtherance of the general objectives of Ihe Company which have not been designated lor other purposes. Restricted funds are lurKis which are to ￿ used in accordance ￿￿th ssxcilic reslriclions imposed by donors or which have been raised by the Company for particular purFx>ses.
