## Activities

**Objects:** The Property shall be applied for the purposes of a village hall for the use of the inhabitants of Heath Village and surrounding areas without distinction of sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, nationality, race or political, religious or other opinions, including use of the Property for events, meetings, lectures and classes or other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation, in the interests of social welfare and with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.  The charity’s trust fund and its income shall be applied for the ongoing upkeep and enhancement of the Property, together with the maintenance of an appropriate operating reserve.  Any operating surplus not required for these purposes may be granted or donated to other good causes which support our social objectives.

**Activities:** Heath Village Hall (HVH) exists to promote and support well being of the local community and maintaining the village hall.The hall is available for private hire and is used as a polling station.
