At the core of our Beaverbrooks tsrnity culture is our desire to 8UPPOrt and do good n the communit￿$ we live antl
work in. Beaverbrooks donates to charity through The Beavertjrooks charitab￿ Tru8t and actively encourages and
empowers it5 colleagues to support chanties and community groups in their local area. They do this ￿ a variety of
way8 including fvndraising, voljnteering their kn.me and through Payroll Giving. Funding provided by Be8verbrooks
h88 en8bled the Beaverbrooks Charitable Trust to distribute over £1.3 milhon during the year to UK registered
¢haritie$ which ha8 enabled us to have donated £26.6 millon since the year 2000, a figure we or¥ extremèty proud
of.

met every 2-3 weeks throughout the ye8r to dl$cuss our ch8ntsble ath'vily and commitments. They also met
