## Structure and objectives
“Our mission is to create an educational environment where children can explore their creativity and nurture social development skills while having fun in a small group of their peers. We strive to provide a safe learning space where every child feels valued and respected as an individual.
We believe that each child has unique talents and abilities that must be nurtured in order for them to reach their full potential.”

Reserves account = emergency/closures (wages)
Have established a hierarchical pay structure, to make salary increments easier to calculate for April with increases in the National Living Wage.
Katherine Eaton will continue to support Catherine with payroll and Charity Commission reporting.
