We have Iwe￿ worship every Sunday both in church and onlne through YouTube. We al
have a lovety tradiknonal service ￿1th holy ￿n￿￿￿1c¥n on the fir8t Sunday of èvery month at
nine in the mmirYJ. also have monthty vrt)rship 58rd￿e5 in Elmside Nursing Home on
Tuesdays and Nigmingate Road Day Centre on Thur5day5. We do visit our elderty members
who are at home and gr￿ them hoty communi)n. Also. a of activities for children and
adults take pla¢e in Christchurch t￿l￿dIng thrwhout the *ek. A team of ded￿atsd and
commitied people work tirelessty behind the xenes. organisiNJ and en¥Jring these activths
run succe&%fulty and véithin the thurch's guiJeiirRs. Hrywever, more hands are needed in
various roles to help run the acINit￿$ in th8 Church. S￿h supportiThJ roles are Intrins￿ to the

the church, and to Commun￿ through the v*ious ar￿$ to the church members to enabb8
the areas to vllxk towards this in ther deciwDS axl prth. Christchurch is a resllient
ts)Mff￿nty and an exciting lo be part of.

The live streaming of seNins conlinues lo be apyiated bythose unabjeloioin us in person
for various reasons. We have roughly a dozen we*ers Ir¥* e￿h Sunday mcffiin9 and around
40 views of each service on catch-up over the folknryng weeks. We continue to offer kve
streaming for other events. such as funerals and concerts. In addttion to closer cdlaboratton
with the Youth. Chitdren and Famity team, we are also v￿rking the'Everyone Wekoff¢'
tsam to improve our inclusivty in wotship by looku￿ at subtitles. renx)te screèns and the fonts
and Colours used in worship presentations.

the district and na￿nal safegU￿ding teams of the Methc¥Jist Chureh. Last year

now needed to ensure that safer recruitmént prttedures wer8 und8rstoc#J and implemented.
The Christchurch Safeguarding hand￿￿k has been upjated and is on disp&y in the Welc

The financial deficit in 2023-24 was £6.597. The Statement of Financial Activitses and Balanc8
Sheet are set out below. The Trustees have also fomulated Accounting Policres and a
Reserves Policy and these are set out below.

It is the Trustees, policy to maintain a balance in reserve which equates to 6 months of the
assessments due to the Methodist and Unrted Refomied Churches. waggs for the staff

be carri8d out during the year.
