I report on the account5 of the society for year ersded 310ecember 2025, which are Set out on page 3 to 4.
RESPEcfivE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE TRUSTEES AND EXAMINER
As the Charity's irustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts,. you consider that the
audit ￿qUiremer1t of Section 14S of the Charlties Act 2011 (the Acr) doesnot apply. It Is my
re5ponsibilityto state. on the basls of procedures spec*fied tn the General Directions given by the
Charity Commissioners under Seetiofj 145151 Ibl of the Act, wbether particular matters have come to
my altention.
BASIS OF INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT
My examinatton was carried out in a¢cordar¢ce wsth the Geaeral Direction given by the Charltv
Commissioner5. An examination includes a review of thè accounting records kept by the tharity and a
comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also include5 con5ideratioTh of any unusual
items or disclosure5 in the account5, and seeking explanations frorn you as trustees
concerr¢ing any Such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the ewdence ihat would
be required in an audit, and consequently I do not express an audit op1￿￿0￿ on the vTrew 8iven by the
