Policy and Independent Examiner's Fee51. for the year of the financial Statements. plus a
contin8ency of the above costs 0115%. The estimated cost for this is £16.(￿ and the
Cornmittee is satisfied that funds will bÈ available.

I report on the accounts of the society for year ended 31 December 2024, whieh are set out on page 3 to 4.
RESPEcfivE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE TRUSTEES AND EXAMINER
As the charity's trustees you arè respons*ble for the ￿paratiOn of the accounts.. you consider that the
audit requirement of Section 145 of the Charities Act 2011 (the Act) doe5not apply. It 15 mv
iesponslbility to state, on the basis of procedures specifi.ed in the General Directions given by the
Charity Commissioners under Section 14SISI Ibl of the Act, whether particular matters have come to
my attention.
BASIS OF INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT
My examSnation w35 carried out in accordance with the General Threction given by the Charitv
Commissioners. An examination includes a review ol thè accountin8 records kept by the charity and
comparlson of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideraiion ol any unusual
items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking Èxplanations from you as tnjstees
concernln8 any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidentè that would
be requSred In an oudit. and consequenily I do not express an audit opinion on the view given by the
