Activities

The Tom Grahame Trust was set up in memory of Tommy Grahame who died in December 2006 from a brain tumour, aged 6. Previously the Trust funded 'Tom's Gift' which was a present for every child in the UK with a malignant brain tumour and research into childhood brain tumours. Now the The Trust manages a playground at Clyro Church in Wales Primary School.

Objects: 4.1 The Provision Of Facilities Without Distinction Of Race, Ethnic Origin, National Origin, Colour, Sex, Physical Or Mental Disability, Culture Or Other Opinions, For Recreation And Other Leisure Time Occupation For Children Resident In Powys Which Will Improve Conditions Of Life For Such Children By Promoting Their Educational, Physical, Mental And Spiritual Well-Being.4.2 The Provision Of Services, Aid And Assistance Without Distinction Of Race, Ethnic Origin, National Origin, Colour, Sex, Physical Or Mental Disability, Culture Or Other Opinions, For The Relief Of Suffering Of Children Diagnosed With Cancer And Their Families Which Will Improve Conditions Of Life For Such Children And Families By Promoting Their Educational, Physical, Mental And Spiritual Well-Being.4.3 To Promote Such Other Charitable Purposes Ancillary To The Foregoing As The Trustees May From Time To Time Reasonably Determine.
